Covenant is a Christian college; the essay is both a writing sample and your statement of faith.
No AI on this essay
Covenant says using ChatGPT or other AI counts as falsification and will lead to denial. That includes AI feedback, so our free review is turned off for these questions.
Your faith
In essay format (400-600 words), please tell us about your faith. Your testimony should include an answer to the question of “Who is Jesus?” and what he means for your life.
How to approach it
- Pick one moment and stay there. Readers remember a scene, not a summary.
- Spend at least a third of the essay on what you thought and how you changed.
- Read it out loud. If a line doesn’t sound like you, it isn’t done yet.
